Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all smart locks, sensors, and mounting components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse verifies the contents, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
